Favorites
Whichever of my bikes I am riding at the time seems to be my favorite, pushbike or motorbike. But, when it comes right down to it, I seem to get the biggest grins from these two:
Oldschool, a little creaky, a bit worn around the edges...hmmmm.
Hmmmm indeed. I was driving along and saw what I thought was a Suzuki 100 (just like the one you had in high school) for sale in a guy's driveway. I went back for a second look and found it was the 185 (like Kerry had, same silver tank with blue and orange stripes) - the guy wasn't home, but the bike is still there. Not sure if I want to tackle it ("Runs! $175" is what the sign said, but the spark plug wire wasn't attached and there was no 2-stroke oil in the reservoir - so I'm very hesitant). -Joy
I have been riding more geared than fixed, this year. I had planned enough long rides that I figured I should work on my multi-gear form on the bike. Plus, it kept my knees a bit less sore, from long ride to long ride.
With winter weather finally approaching (70 degrees and sunny, today, supposed to be in the 40s tomorrow and high-30s with rain/snow by Thursday), the fixed-gear winter commuter will come out of mothballs and I'll be working on the spin, again.

I'd buy it just for the paint, but it's probably more trouble than it's worth.
Like about half of my projects...
..."a little creaky, worn around the edges" but still going!
Both are great bikes, that's for sure! Been riding more geared bikes, lately?

Just like the guy who ride them ~ xoxo ~ C
